VIDEO WALL
A Video Wall is a multi-display wall that is created by joining multiple screens together to display a larger image or windows of multiple images. Its display can be as simple as one image from a single source stretched across multiple screens or multiple images from multiple sources.
It is typically constructed by horizontal or vertical placement of video wall panels (usually coming in 49” and 55” sizes), and can also be creatively designed by arranging in different formations.
A video wall is designed for industrial usage and hence provides vigorous performance for long operational hours. Also, its stunning visual displays make it extremely appealing attracting high customer interest.
Video Walls can be accompanied by “Video Wall Controllers” which enable multi-input and multi-window displays along with content scaling.
Key factors to consider
Panel Size
Ranges between 49” and 55” monitors
Bezel Depth
Ranges from industry lowest of 0.88MM to 3.5MM depth after aligning multiple panels
Orientation
Panels can be placed both vertically and horizontally providing installation and formation flexibility
Sources
Number of sources usually define if any additional controllers or accessories are needed
Brackets
Customized brackets with multiple adjustments to ensure perfect alignment of panels
Factors we consider before providing a Video Wall solution
Application
Whether the user’s application is for a simple digital signage display or for an advanced, large-scale control room monitoring defines the size, control system, bezel depth and technology of the video wall.
Environment
Industries like education, retail, transportation, museums, military have varying lighting conditions and applications. Some require brighter and higher resolution displays than others. This defines the size, resolution and brightness of the video wall.
Number of Sources
If the user wants to display one single image from one source or multiple images from multiple sources, defines if any additional controllers or accessories need to be integrated with the video wall.
Type of content
If it is for a simple presentation type of content in a conference room, a 1.8MM bezel video wall is suggested, or for an advanced, topography map analysis in a command center, a 0.88MM bezel video wall is recommended. Type of content defines the bezel depth and technology of the video wall.
Advantages
24x7 Operation
High Resolution (4K)
Wider Viewing Angle
Seamless Display
High Brightness
Types of Video Walls
Basic Video Wall
In a Basic Video wall set up, a single content is spread across individual video wall panels.
It is driven by a single source and can be integrated with an AV switcher to switch between sources on screen. It can also be integrated with digital signage software for easy content management.
This solution is popular in environments like retail, education, hospitality, board rooms, training rooms, museums etc.

Intermediate Video Wall
In an Intermediate Video Wall set up, multiple images from multiple sources are shown simultaneously in the video wall but are limited to screen sizes of individual monitors.
It displays content from multiple inputs at the same time in various configurations with limitations of individual screen sizes. The configurations are designed in presets and switching between multiple presets can be done on the go as per application.
This solution is popular in environments like security, transportation, corporate hubs, military etc.
